Our activities range from surveys and assessments of damage to the goods resulting from accidents and/or general averages on maritime and inland transport to the loss prevention and/or technical assistance for the exceptional cargoes.
Goods
We perform appraisals as Adjuster/Surveyor on behalf of numerous Italian and foreign Insurance companies in relation to the damages suffered by the goods during transport (on demand, we also intervene as Average/Loss Adjuster). Upon request, before the shipment of the goods, we carry out loss prevention activities through the checks and inspections relating to packaging, stowage, load securing.
Marine Surveyors
We carry out damage prevention and risk management activities on behalf of Insurers, Shipowners, Charterers, P&I Club correspondents, Forwarders, Shippers and Consignees and/or on behalf of those parties who have interests in the success of the shipment. On board the ships and/or at the Port Terminals, we operate as Port Captain, Cargo Superintendent, Marine Surveyor or MWS with specific reference to the goods loaded as break bulk and to the abnormal, OOG (out of gauge) and heavy lift/project cargoes.
